Receive a salary plus commission in real estate while serving as an inside sales agent (ISA)/ Relationship Manager (RM). People that thrive in this role love winning. Seriously, they love it. They also love people and enjoy serving them at an exciting juncture in their lives. Winning ISAs also appreciate and happily work with a proven system, and they easily connect with people on the phone, over email, and through text. They also are generally big personalities and love the camaraderie with the team and are integral players in it.

Responsibilities:

Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved


Qualifications:

Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
Two years of previous sales experience
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
