Fidelity TalentSource is hiring a Client Service Representative to work at Fidelity in Westlake, Texas, Covington, KY, or Durham, North Carolina.This is a contract role that can last up to seven months and pays $19.50 an hour.Fidelity Charitable(, a donor-advised fund, is one of the largest public charities in America. In 2019, our donors granted over $7B to charitable organizations.Position Description:The Client Services Representative (CSR) is a valued member our Contributions team and is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of contributions to FC Giving Accounts. The CSR values teamwork and will process cash-equivalents, stock certificates and assist with paperwork processing for less liquid contributions, including securities and mutual funds. As a member of the Service Delivery team, the CSR will be part of a highly motivated, fast-paced team, requiring a solid understanding of service operations, as well as the ability to manage priorities well.Primary Responsibilities: Process contributions of cash equivalents and securities Coordinate the transfer of mutual fund contributions held outside of Fidelity by delivering the necessary paperwork to Fidelity's Transfer of Assets department and then tracking the status of the pending transactions Contact donors and/or contra-brokers to facilitate the delivery of pending contributions Serve as back-up for the processing of account opening and account change requests Ensure daily work meets accuracy standards and is completed in a timely manner, with appropriate tracking and escalation of aging items Suggest process improvements and system enhancements that will increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk to the organization Build effective business relationships with Fidelity business partners with whom the position interfaces, including OSG, Legal Transfer, Banking Services, TOA and Deliveries Maintain up-to-date procedures for those functions for which responsibleExperience/ Qualifications/ Personal Qualities: Bachelor's degree preferred and 0-2 years' experience in customer service or service operations Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills Outstanding attention to detail, with good follow-through Strong organizational, planning, multi-tasking and time management skills Proven problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate potential areas of risk Technical aptitude Working knowledge of Fidelity systems (XTRAC) a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required Ability to meet overtime commitmentsWork hours are MF 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT, with extended hours as neededCOVID work policySafety is our top priority.
