Fidelity TalentSource is hiring a Client Service Representative
to work at Fidelity in Westlake, Texas, Covington, KY, or Durham,
North Carolina.This is a contract role that can last up to seven
months and pays $19.50 an hour.Fidelity

organizations.Position Description:The Client Services
Representative (CSR) is a valued member our Contributions team and
is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of
contributions to FC Giving Accounts. The CSR values teamwork and
will process cash-equivalents, stock certificates and assist with
paperwork processing for less liquid contributions, including
securities and mutual funds. As a member of the Service Delivery
team, the CSR will be part of a highly motivated, fast-paced team,
requiring a solid understanding of service operations, as well as
the ability to manage priorities well.Primary Responsibilities:
Process contributions of cash equivalents and securities Coordinate
the transfer of mutual fund contributions held outside of Fidelity
by delivering the necessary paperwork to Fidelity's Transfer of
Assets department and then tracking the status of the pending
transactions Contact donors and/or contra-brokers to facilitate the
delivery of pending contributions Serve as back-up for the
processing of account opening and account change requests Ensure
daily work meets accuracy standards and is completed in a timely
manner, with appropriate tracking and escalation of aging items
Suggest process improvements and system enhancements that will
increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk to the organization Build
effective business relationships with Fidelity business partners
with whom the position interfaces, including OSG, Legal Transfer,
Banking Services, TOA and Deliveries Maintain up-to-date procedures
for those functions for which responsibleExperience/
Qualifications/ Personal Qualities: Bachelor's degree preferred and
0-2 years' experience in customer service or service operations
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail, with good follow-through Strong
organizational, planning, multi-tasking and time management skills
Proven problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure and
within tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to identify and
mitigate potential areas of risk Technical aptitude Working
knowledge of Fidelity systems (XTRAC) a plus Proficiency with
Microsoft Office applications required Ability to meet overtime
commitmentsWork hours are MF 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT, with
extended hours as neededCOVID work policySafety is our top
