• Perform in-home and online consultations with potential customers
• Generate interest in renewable energy through managing a team of Field Marketers
• Working closely with the design team to ensure proper designs are made to the customer's needs
• In-field training of new Energy Consultants
• Coaching, Leading, & Inspiring Team to Achieve Maximum Potential
• Developing future leaders through support and leading by exampleQualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Leadership Experience
  • Sales Experience Preferred
  • Understanding of modern tools -(ex. SalesForce, Office, Zoom)
  • Willing to work 6 days a week if needed
  • Motivated
