role is part of a phenomenal team of sales leaders who are
collectively responsible for leading the Regional Account
Executives within Fidelity's Workplace Core business. In this role
you will have direct responsibility for a team of hard-working
sales professionals who bring the value of Fidelity's retirement
solutions to advisors and prospects in the $1-7M plan market. The
Regional Account Executives primarily sell through virtual meetings
(Zoom), but also travel in their territory once per quarter. You
will be an important leader on the Core Sales team with ownership
and responsibility for strategy, execution, and sales results.The

- Track record of building high performing, diverse, and
collaborative teams
- Love of coaching, development, and mentoring
- Process-oriented mindset combined with a dynamic and flexible
operating style
- Series 7, 63 & 24 licenses need to be acquired upon accepting
the role
- Previous sales leadership experience and knowledge of the
