Lifeway Mobility, a leader in providing innovative mobility solutions, is seeking a dynamic Selling General Manager to lead our sales initiatives and expand our market reach. This role is pivotal in shaping strategies to promote our unique offerings like ramps, lifts, and bathroom modifications, ultimately enhancing the lives of individuals with limited mobility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background along with managerial expertise to drive both top-line growth and operational efficiency within the healthcare and medical equipment sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Oversee and manage the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets. Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff for effective customer outreach and relationship management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and ensure they are achieved. Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies to expand the customer base. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adjust strategies as necessary to address customer needs. Work closely with the marketing team to identify and exploit market opportunities. Participate in negotiations and close deals with key clients. Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory issues affecting the healthcare sales sector. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Proven track record in sales management and team development. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and mobility solutions industry. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
