Whats in it for you: Competitive base salary plus commission structure with high upside for reaching your goals 3 weeks paid vacation plus 5 sick days per year Medical, Life Insurance, LTD, dental, and vision benefit programs 401(k) retirement plan Ongoing training and development opportunities Stable employer with long-term growth opportunities What youll do here: Lead the growth of CFM's air curtain and energy recovery product lines through a dual focus on channel development and direct sales, personally hunting, closing, and scaling the business Recruit, onboard, and develop manufacturer rep firms and dealer/distributor partners, with a Year-1 objective of establishing a strong national rep network Act as both player and coach, closing key opportunities while enabling reps and partners with training, tools, and market support Execute a structured, consultative sales approach focused on qualification, pain-based selling, and long-term customer value Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing in coordination with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement through order fulfillment Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements to ensure accurate product selection and application Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, inside sales, and external partners to support complex opportunities Negotiate rep agreements and support territory development within company guidelines Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and forecast data in CRM and ERP systems Represent CFM at customer meetings, job sites, trade shows, and industry events, with 30-40% travel across North America The experience you bring: A degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience in HVAC, fan, or mechanical equipment sales 4-6 years of progressive experience in outside sales, channel development, or manufacturer representation within technical, industrial, or B2B environments Proven experience building, recruiting, and managing manufacturer reps, dealers, or distributor networks; or a demonstrated ability to scale indirect sales channels Experience representing a manufacturer to wholesale, distribution, or rep channels, beyond direct end-user selling Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, relationship-driven approach Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with strong organization and follow-through We are always looking for professionals experienced in the HVAC industry to join our growing team.
