Our client, the construction and infrastructure industry, is
seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a
Construction Safety Manager 4, you will be part of the safety and
compliance department supporting large-scale civil and
infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong
leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Construction Safety Manager 4 Location: Lebanon, OH Pay Range: $69
- $76 Per hour What's the Job? Serve as the on-site safety lead for
Microsoft’s Land Development & Community team. Monitor and enforce
compliance with safety policies and local regulatory requirements.
Conduct daily safety observations, inspections, and reviews using
systems like Enablon and Compass. Lead incident investigations,
root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Support
onboarding and evaluation of subcontractors from a safety
perspective. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Occupational
Safety, Environmental Health, Construction Management, or related
field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction safety
management, especially on large civil or infrastructure projects.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CHST, or equivalent
certification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
safety reporting platforms such as Enablon and Compass. Strong
communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. What's in it
